Long Consultations
When booking an appointment we recommend that you book a longer consultation if you are seeing the Doctor regarding women's health issues (such as Pap smears), if you have a musculoskeletal injury, a WorkCover or TAC injury, or if you have several ailments to discuss with the Doctor.
Management of Personal Health Information
It is policy of UFS Medical to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only released with your expressed consent. We have a more comprehensive Privacy Act policy that you are welcome to read upon request.

For information regarding repeat prescriptions, please contact our reception staff on (03) 5327 0420 - Bridge Mall, (03) 5364 9100 - Doveton Street and (03) 5331 2522 - Sturt Street.
Phoning Your Doctor
To ensure quality of care, our Doctors prefer to see patients for a consultation to discuss medical issues. In extenuating circumstances, please speak to a UFS Medical staff member who can liaise on your behalf.
