HotDoc Mobile Check-in allows you to notify your medical clinic that you’ve arrived for your appointment, without having to wait at reception.
How does Mobile Check-in work?
Mobile Check-in works with the HotDoc mobile app to notify and assist you to check in for your appointment when you arrive at the clinic.
- First, you’ll need to download the HotDoc app. When you have an appointment booked, you’ll receive a push notification letting you know to ‘Tap here to check-in’.
2. When you arrive at the clinic, you can click Check in now in the Appointments tab of the app:
3. The app will ask permission to access your location:
4. You’ll need to confirm your Surname, Date of Birth, and Gender for the booked appointment and then click Check in now:
5. You’ll then be checked in and shown your Place in Queue.
