UFS Medical offers appointments for Cervical Screening Testing (previously known as the PAP test) via regular nurse led clinics to all people with a cervix who are aged between 25-74 years of age and who have ever been sexually active.
Available at three UFS medical centres – our Doveton Street, Lucus and Sebastopol locations – we offer safe, quiet and comfortable facilities for your Cervical Screening Test (CST).
Your CST nurse will provide clear a explanation of the self-collection Cervical Screening option as well as the clinician-collected Cervical Screening option so that patients can make an informed decision that best suits their needs. Our CST nurses are all Nurse Cervical Screening Provider Certified with the Cancer Council and are happy to answer any national screening program questions you may have.
This service costs $35 (no Medicare rebate) and is available to new or existing patients of UFS Medical. When booking your appointment, please specify that you would like to make a Cervical Screening Test appointment.
