Have you tried mobile check-in with the HotDoc app?
HotDoc mobile check-in allows you to notify reception staff that you’ve arrived for your appointment, without having to wait in line. Simply use a self check-in kiosk located at all UFS Medical centres or use the HotDoc app on your phone.
How does mobile check-in work?
- Download the HotDoc app on your phone and use it to book your appointment.
2. When you arrive at the clinic, you can use our self check-in kiosk and follow the prompts or use the HotDoc app on your phone and click Check in now in the Appointments tab of the app.
3. The app may ask permission to access your location:
4. You’ll need to confirm your Surname, Date of Birth, and Gender for the booked appointment and then click Check in now:
5. After completing the check-in process, simply take a seat and wait for your appointment.
